Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred;
• Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP);
• 2-3 years’ experience in a hospital/clinic setting is an added advantage;
• Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization;
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, particularly in managing employee records and paperwork;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately;
• Able to work under minimum supervision;
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, review resumes, conducting background checks, scheduling interviews for new hires and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires
• Ensure all practice licenses are renewed in time. i.e., Doctors & nurses etc;
• Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations;
• Processing employee paperwork such as contracts and performance evaluations;
• Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures;
• Assisting with employee grievances and conflict resolution, in collaboration with the management;
• Assisting employees with inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits;
• Ensuring compliance with Labor laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital policies;
• Coordinating training programs and workshops for employees, including scheduling, logistics, and record-keeping;
• Collaborating with payroll staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll as well as addressing payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies from employees;
• Maintaining performance appraisal records and assisting with performance improvement plans as needed;
• Compiling HR data and generating reports on various metrics;
• Assisting in analysing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
• Assisting HR managers with special projects, initiatives, and events such as employee engagement surveys, diversity programs, or wellness initiatives;
