About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our diverse range of automotive products, including tyres, batteries, lubricants, and workshop supplies, directly to customers across Nairobi and its surrounding areas. You will build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
● Achieve assigned sales targets for tyres, batteries, lubricants, and workshop supplies.
● Prospect for new customers within the designated territory, identifying potential opportunities.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
● Negotiate and close sales deals, securing competitive pricing and terms.
● Provide accurate and timely product information and recommendations to clients.
● Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Sai Universal Supplies and its products.
● Prepare and submit accurate sales reports on a regular basis.
● Maintain a professional and positive image of Sai Universal Supplies at all times.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
● Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
● Strong negotiation and closing skills.
● In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and its products.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Excellent time management and organisational skills.
● Valid Kenyan driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
● Fluency in English and Swahili is a plus.
