Supervising staff, planning activities, managing budgets, implementing marketing strategies, addressing customer needs, dealing with maintenance issues, collaborating with external parties, and enforcing health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
  • Promoting and marketing the business, including developing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Managing budgets.
  • Maintaining statistical and financial records.
  • Planning maintenance work, events, and room bookings.
  • Liaising with maintenance and other specialist contractors.
  • Meeting guests and addressing complaints and queries.
  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.

About You

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • TSC certificate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education and qualified to teach Biology/Chemistry.
  • Minimum grade of C+ in teaching subjects (Biology/Chemistry) in KCSE.
  • 1-2 years of teaching experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility and openness to change.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excitement about the organizational culture and a desire to develop leadership skills.
